Incorporation of bisphosphonate/bisphosphonic acid groups in dental monomer structures should increase interaction of these monomers with dental tissue as these groups have strong affinity for hydroxyapatite. Therefore, new urea dimethacrylates functionalized with bisphosphonate (1a, 1b) and bisphosphonic acid (2a, 2b) groups are synthesized and evaluated for dental applications. Monomers 1a and 1b are synthesized from 2‐isocyanatoethyl methacrylate (IEM) and two bisphosphonated amines (BPA1 and BPA2), prepared as reported elsewhere. Selective dealkylation of the bisphosphonate ester groups of 1a and 1b using trimethylsilyl bromide (TMSBr) gives monomers (2a and 2b) with bisphosphonic acid functionality. X‐ray diffractometer (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses of monomer‐treated HAP particles show that 2a induces formation of stable monomer‐calcium salts, similar to 10‐methacryloyloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate (MDP), with higher chemical interaction than 2b. The photopolymerization studies indicate good copolymerizability with commercial dental monomers. In vitro studies on NIH 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells have clearly shown that the tested monomers (1b and 2b) are not toxic according to the MTT standards. We study the connection between the martingale and free-boundary approaches in sequential detection problems for the drift of a Brownian motion, under the assumption of exponential penalty for the delay. By means of the solution of a suitable free-boundary problem, we show that the reward process can be decomposed into the product between a gain function of the boundary point and a positive martingale inside the continuation region. 相似文献

Block copolymers with donor and acceptor conjugated polymer blocks provide an approach to dictating the donor–accepter interfacial structure and understanding its relationship to charge separation and photovoltaic performance. We report the preparation of a series of donor‐linker‐acceptor block copolymers with poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) donor blocks, poly((9,9‐dioctylfluorene)‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐[4,7‐bis(thiophen‐5‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole]‐2′,2″‐diyl) (PFTBT) acceptor blocks, and varying lengths of oligo‐ethylene glycol (OEG) chains as the linkers. Morphological analysis shows that the linkers increase polymer crystallinity while a combination of optical and photovoltaic measurements shows that the insertion of a flexible spacer reduces fluorescence quenching and photovoltaic efficiencies of solution processed photovoltaic devices. Density functional theory (DFT) simulations indicate that the linking groups reduce both charge separation and recombination rates, and block copolymers with flexible linkers will likely rotate to assume a nonplanar orientation, resulting in a significant loss of overlap at the donor–linker–acceptor interface. This work provides a systematic study of the role of linker length on the photovoltaic performance of donor–linker–acceptor block copolymers and indicates that linkers should be designed to control both the electronic properties and relative orientations of conjugated polymers at the interface. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two practical techniques are proposed in this paper to simulate a flow contained in a plenum with a downstream tube bundle under a PC environment. First, a technique to impose slip wall conditions on smooth‐faced planes and sharp edges is proposed to compensate for the mesh coarseness relative to boundary layer thickness. In particular, a new type of Poisson equation is formulated to simultaneously satisfy both such velocity boundary conditions on walls and the incompressibility constraint. Second, a numerical model for a downstream tube bundle is proposed, where hydraulic resistance in a tube is imposed as a traction boundary condition on a fluid surface contacting the tube bundle end. 将基于滑动Kriging插值的无网格局部Petrov-Galerkin(MLPG)法用来求解二维结构非耦合热应力问题,首先进行瞬态热传导的求解,然后再通过顺序耦合法将不同时刻节点温度作为附加体力项施加到应力分析中.瞬态温度场和非耦合热应力分析通过加权余量法来离散,同时用Heaviside分段函数作为局部弱形式的权函数.由于滑动Kriging插值构造的形函数满足Kroneckerδ函数的性质,因此方便了本质边界条件的施加.刚度矩阵形成过程中只涉及到边界积分而没有涉及到区域积分,因此可以减少计算工作量,最后通过两个数值算例来验证本文方法的有效性. 相似文献

An edge-coloring of a graph G is an assignment of colors to all the edges of G. A g c -coloring of a graph G is an edge-coloring of G such that each color appears at each vertex at least g(v) times. The maximum integer k such that G has a g c -coloring with k colors is called the g c -chromatic index of G and denoted by \(\chi\prime_{g_{c}}\)(G). In this paper, we extend a result on edge-covering coloring of Zhang and Liu in 2011, and give a new sufficient condition for a simple graph G to satisfy \(\chi\prime_{g_{c}}\)(G) = δ g (G), where \(\delta_{g}\left(G\right) = min_{v\epsilon V (G)}\left\{\lfloor\frac{d\left(v\right)}{g\left(v\right)}\rfloor\right\}\). 相似文献
